Photobooth practical information

  • Is the photobooth available on my event date?
    Here you can check online the availability of our photobooths.

  • How can I make a reservation for the photobooth?
    • Submit a quote request online.
    • We will send you the quote and inform you about the availability.
    • Upon agreement, we determine the delivery and collection times together and you determine your personal photo frame.
    • We will install and set up the photobooth on the day of your party or event.
    • We will pick up the photobooth the day after your party.
    • After a few days, you will receive all photos by e-mail or USB stick. For the latter option, inquire about the possibilities.

  • How does the photo boothwork?
    The device works very simple. You choose a personal photo frame, grab photo props, click on the screen and laugh! After you have taken the photos, the photobooth prints them out automatically and you have a wonderful memory of the day!
  • How many photos are printed per photo session?
    Two strips are printed for each photo session.
  • What is the ideal distance between the camera and the back wall?
    The ideal distance between the camera and any rear wall is 2 to 2.5 meters.
  • How about the power connection?
    The photo booth needs a power connection.
  • How about the lighting?
    There is a light on the photobooth in the form of a ring. This can be operated at the back and adjusted to the desired color of the light.
  • How much space does the device take up?
    The steel photo booth itself takes up a space of 40x40 cm. The wooden model has a triangular base of 100x100x100 cm. To take the best photos, we recommend keeping an area of approximately 3m x 2m in front of the photo booth.
  • Does someone have to stay at the photobooth?
    No, no one has to stand at the photobooth.
  • What do we have to prepare?
    It would be very nice for us if you have already thought about the location of the photobooth. If you intend to hang or place a glitter curtain or something similar, we ask you to do this in advance. This way we can immediately start testing the photobooth.
  • What is the difference between the photobooths?
    The only difference between the photobooths is the appearance. Both models have the same camera, printer, and computer.
     
  • Can the photobooth be placed outside?
    The photobooth can be left outside as long as it is not exposed to rainfall. It is important that the photobooth is not moved after it has been set up. If there is a chance of rain, make sure a waterproof tent is available to protect the photobooth.
     
  • How quickly do we receive the photos digitally?
    You will receive the photos from us as soon as possible, usually between 1 to 5 working days.
  • What do you need to make a photobooth even more fun?
    Photobooths are a great way of making memories at parties, weddings, and other special occasions. But to make these memories even more special, you can add some fun photobooth props and photobooth attributes! For example, this of mustache, hat, crazy glasses, bunny ears, champagne glasses, flamingos, and more. This leads to even funnier photos! You can order photo props from AliExpress or Hema, among others.

    Make something beautiful of the photobooth background, after all, it is on every photo. Think for example of balloons, or even balloon pillars, flags, shiny pieces of fabric, plants, or other attributes. You can also have a banner printed as a background. We recommend a size of 2.5m x 2.5m meters for this.

    Buy a photo album and a glue stick, and put it near the photo booth. This way all your guests can stick one of the two printed photo strips in the book. Also add a pen, so they can leave a nice message.
  • Are any of you staying during the event?
    No, we place the photobooth and give a short explanation before we leave. It's child's play.

Photobooth photoframe

  • How do I choose a personal photo frame?
    After signing the quote you will automatically receive a questionnaire. In the questionnaire, you can indicate whether you want to make a frame yourself via Canva or Photoshop. You can also choose a photo frame on templatesbooth.com or send us some .png photos and we will assemble the frame for you.
  • How big is a photoframe?
    The photoframes are 5x15 cm.
  • When will I get the Canva link?
    If you have indicated in the questionnaire that you would like to make the frame yourself with Canva, you will receive a link from us within 3 working days to get started.
  • In what format should I supply a photo frame if I want to make it myself?
    In ratio 6 x 2, 600x1800 pixels and upload in PNG  in the questionnaire or email to office@djunes.nl.

Photobooth transport

  • What about delivery times?
    After signing the quotation, you will automatically receive a questionnaire from us by email. In this questionnaire, you can indicate at what time you want us to deliver and pick up the photo booth. We are very flexible and will try our best to deliver the photo booth within the specified times.
  • How much time does it take to build?
    Building the photo booth takes an average of 20 to 30 minutes. We ask you to think about the location of the photo booth.
     
  • Do one of us have to be present during delivery and collection?
    It is not necessary for someone to be present at the location once the location of the photo booth has been determined. But we would like to have confirmation that the photo booth is in the right place before we leave. This can also be done via something like a video call. When picking up to photo booth, it is sufficient for us if the front door is open.

Photobooth costs

  • How expensive is renting a photobooth?
    The rental of a photobooth at Djunes is 350 euros including VAT. This includes delivery (50 km from Noordwijk), installation and dismantling, and a personalized photoframe. Do you expect to use up the camera roll? Then we can double the photo roll from 650 to 1300 photo strips for 87.50 euros. More than 50 km from Noordwijk we charge €0.50 per kilometer return for delivery and return for collection.
  • What are the transport costs?
    We deliver the photobooth completely free of charge within a radius of 80 km from Noordwijk (ZH) or 40 km from Tilburg. We then charge €0.50 per kilometer return for delivery and return for collection.
     
  • How about the payment?
    We ask you to pay the invoice online no later than 1 day before the event. It is not possible to pay in cash.
     
 

DJ apparatuur

  • At which places do we deliver?
    We deliver throughout the Netherlands, you will find an overview of our delivery costs below:

    For DJ equipment with a total rental price of 150 euros excl. VAT, we deliver the first 15 km free of charge. We are located in Noordwijk (South Holland)
    0 - 15 km € 15,00
    16 – 30 km € 30,00
    31 – 45 km € 45,00
    46 – 60 km € 60,00
    61 – 75 km € 75,00
    76 – 90 km € 90,00
    91 – 110 km € 110,00
    The prices are for each ride. For example, this means that from 16-30 km we charge €30.00 for delivery and €30.00 for collection. That comes to a total of €60.00 for transport costs. All the above fares are exclusive of 21% VAT.
  • How about the payment?
    We ask you to pay the invoice online no later than 1 day before the event takes place. It is not possible to pay in cash.
  • Do I have to identify myself?
    Yes, after you have signed the quote, you will receive a questionnaire from us in which we ask you to upload valid proof of identity.
  • Does cabling come with the equipment?
    Yes, we bring extra cables free of charge so that we can connect the equipment in any situation. If you choose to connect the equipment yourself, it is useful if you indicate in advance which cables you need from us.
  • Do I have to pay a deposit?
    Yes, a deposit is included on the invoice. The amount of the deposit depends on the invoice amount and will be refunded within 5 working days after the collection of the rented equipment.
  • Do you install the equipment?
    Yes, we install all equipment free of charge.
  • Can we collect and return the equipment ourselves?
    No, this is not possible. Due to the high sensitivity to theft, we have decided to always deliver and collect the equipment ourselves.

  • At which places do we deliver?

    Yes, a deposit is included on the invoice. The amount of the deposit depends on the invoice amount and will be refunded within 5 working days after the collection of the rented equipment.
  • Do you install the projector?
    Yes, we install the projector free of charge.
  • Can we collect and return the equipment ourselves?
